YWAM Chennai has four different Discipleship Training schools (DTSs). These schools are dedicated to help young people to know God and to make him known. Also there is a School of Evangelism and Pioneering (SOEP).

English DTS and Ministry Leadership Development School and School of Worship are all run in Kottivakkam (a nice neighborhood in Southeast Chennai near the beach).

We are also running a Compassion DTS for people from the leprosy community. These are people who either were affected by leprosy or from a family affected by leprosy. We are training them to reach their own community and to understand the basic truths of Christianity.

The Tamil language DTS is run at the Padappi centre, in a very quiet and rural setting, about 40km southwest of Chennai.

Our Campus Ministry also runs a DTS for University students here in Chennai. The set-up is custom made to revolve around the students classes and busy schedules, while discipling them.
